Bookings

The form below allows you to check availabilty and submit a booking request for our shepherd huts. More details of the accommodation and facilities can be found here.

Once your booking is submitted, we will get in touch with details on how to pay the reservation fee of £150 which will confirm your booking. Bookings submitted on the website will secure the reservation provisionally but the booking will not be confirmed until payment of the booking fee is received. Following confirmation of the booking, full payment of the remaining balance will become due 28 days before arrival. Please ensure you read the booking Terms and Conditions prior to placing a booking.

Please note that bookings are accepted exclusively in seven-night blocks from Saturday to Saturday.

 

Important Note: Due to limitations on the booking software, the form below will not prevent you from placing a booking which contravenes these rules eg. it may allow you to book from Sunday to Sunday and for less than 7 days. This does not mean that your booking has been made and accepted - any bookings which do not meet the changeover or duration criteria will be cancelled and the dates will be made available for others to book. Please ensure that you only select a Saturday as both your arrival and departure day, and that your booking is for full week(s).

The maximum occupancy of the shepherds huts is two adults. Unfortunately we are not able to accept children or pets in the accommodation. We understand that this will be disappointing for some prospective visitors but due to the nature of the accommodation, we regret that there is no possibility for us to be flexible here.

Bookings are currently open for 2024 only at present. Bookings for 2025 will open at the end of the 2024 season. If you'd like to stay with us in 2025 or a future year, sign up to our mailing list (link at the bottom of the page) and we'll send out an email just as soon as bookings for the next season are open!
